At Brown is the New Brown, we strive to provide high-quality products.

To ensure accuracy of orders, customers are always encouraged to carefully review the sizing information, their orders, the product descriptions, and the specifications prior to completing their purchase.

Returns and exchanges are done on a limited case by case basis, in the event of a defective product, incorrect item shipped, or other errors directly attributable to Brown is the New Brown and it third party suppliers.

Policy Details

This policy applies to all products offered.

Once a purchase is completed, no refund will be available. Returns and exchanges are limited on a case by case basis.

Sizing information from our suppliers is available for each product to ensure the proper fit, and to reduce the need for exchanges.

If an item that you purchased is eligible for return or exchange, it may be replaced with an item of similar or lesser value.

Process and Requirements

If your item is faulty or damaged or eligible for limited exchange, we require that you contact us at info@brownisthenewbrown.ca within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, including photos of the product.

Brown is the New Brown reserves the right to request proof of the defect or error, to assess the situation along with its supplier, and to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

If a return or exchange is permitted, items must be returned un-worn, un-washed and with original packaging/tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

Shipping fees

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, as this will mean it is not eligible.

Where the product must be returned, you will be provided with the shipping address and you are responsible for the shipping fees related to returning your purchase. Where a new product is shipped in exchange, you are responsible for the fees related to shipping.
